Our mission is to facilitate the submission of potentially relevant prior art by the public (including individuals, corporations and thirdpartysubmission.com itself) in accordance with the “America Invents Act”. This mission is intended to provide Patent Examiners with prior art ahead of their examination of U.S. patent applications and thereby enhance the quality and validity of granted United States patents.
